About Us

The Firm is owned and operated by three partners:

J. STEVEN SCHRIMSHER, General Partner. Steve graduated from Stetson University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and has been active in commercial real estate investment since 1973. He is a licensed General Contractor and Registered Real Estate Broker. Steve is principally responsible for new acquisitions, capital formation and marketing activities for the business.

FRANK L. SCHRIMSHER, General Partner. Frank operated his own contracting company for eight years until joining the firm in 1978. He is a licensed General Contractor and Registered Real Estate Broker. He is primarily involved with due diligence, land planning, zoning, development and construction for the firm's real estate investments.

MICHAEL A. SCHRIMSHER, General Partner. Michael received a Bachelors Degree in Real Estate from the University of Florida in 1979, and has been a part of the firm ever since. He is principally involved with management and administration of the business affairs of the various properties.
